| Our Home Inspection Program
We advise all sellers to have a preliminary inspection upon the listing of their property. This is not required, however, is a tool that can provide you a higher price on your property and will help sell the property faster. Another added benefit to the inspection is that there will be fewer delays at closing. Furthermore you will offer something very valuable to a prospective buyer, peace of mind.
When a inspector performs his or her home inspection, they will advise you of any items that will require repair or replacement to pass the inspection. This allows you to have the opportunity to correct the items before hand, and when your prospective buyer has their home inspection performed, you should receive a glowing statement on all of your homes structural parts being in top condition. |
