HOW IT ALL BEGAN...
Charity Cain-Kelly moved to Florida in the spring of 2001, relocating from Arkansas with her family. It didn't take long before she discovered what a dynamic area we have. The agent who sold her home to her became a friend and introduced her to the exciting world of Real Estate. Charity obtained her real estate license soon after. Being a student of medicine in Arkansas, she found Real Estate refreshing, challenging, fulfilling and fun. It did not take long for her to learn she truly enjoyed real estate and began her crusade at becoming a Real Estate Broker.
In the Summer of 2004, Charity Cain married the love of her life, David Kelly. David is the General Manager and a Partner in the Rotonda Golf and Country Club courses. As a result of the new connection to the courses, Charity now offers a one year membership to all the courses as a complimentary gift at closing.
STAYING COMMITTED TO REAL ESTATE...
As a realtor, she has continued to make time to network in the community, bringing a fresh approach to many of the town's clubs, boards and organizations. She has served on many boards including but not limited to; VP of Resources for The Boys & Girls Club of Englewood, a member of Englewood Area Board of Realtors, Board member of The United Methodist Academy, Public Relations Chairman for the Englewood Area Board of Realtors, member of both Englewood - Cape Haze & Boca Grande Chambers of Commerce and writes a weekly Real Estate column for the Gasparilla Gazette. The community has embraced her for all her efforts, offering generous thank you's. Not only is she a realtor, she is a friend as well.
